What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

Bilingual in English and Spanish
Motivated, outgoing, and goal-oriented
Strong in communication and customer service
Comfortable working in a sales environment
Organized and able to follow up with customers
Willing to learn about manufactured homes, financing, and the home-buying process
Available to work Saturdays

Previous relationship-driven B2C sales experience is preferred, but a willingness to learn and grow is important. The position also requires the ability to obtain the appropriate manufactured home sales licensing.

What You’ll Do

As a Home Consultant, you will help customers throughout their home-buying journey. Responsibilities include touring display homes with customers, helping them explore floor plans and options, answering questions, following up with leads, setting appointments, maintaining customer information in the CRM, and developing new sales opportunities.

What Clayton Offers

The current Indeed listing advertises a $50,000 base salary plus commission, with benefits for eligible full-time team members including paid time off, 401(k) matching, dental and vision insurance, paid parental leave, and additional employee programs.
